Job Summary

This role requires a technically proficient specialist to manage and administer complex Windows and/or Linux environments as part of the 2nd Level Support team. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, processing, and resolution of technical faults across the entire IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will be instrumental in optimizing system performance, implementing robust security policies, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams to handle complex escalations and implement new technologies. Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams.
