Job Summary

The 2nd Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Key daily tasks involve collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, documenting IT processes, optimizing system performance using monitoring tools (like SolarWinds or Prometheus), and implementing security policies. The position requires strong expertise in networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and collaboration solutions (Office365, MS Teams).
