Job Summary
This role seeks a technically proficient 2nd Level IT Support Specialist responsible for the administration and maintenance of complex Windows and/or Linux server environments. Day-to-day activities involve the analysis, processing, and resolution of technical malfunctions across the entire IT infrastructure, including network systems and collaboration platforms like Office 365 and MS Teams. You will be instrumental in supporting the planning and implementation of system and network architectures, ensuring stable and efficient operations. A core part of the job includes performing root cause analysis, optimizing IT processes, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams on escalations and new technology rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses current expertise in operating systems, network infrastructure, and a strong commitment to data security and continuous learning. Success in this position requires very strong German language skills (C1) and a willingness to travel for project support.
