Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically trained professional ready to step into a leadership position within the Technical Facility Management sector. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the seamless technical operation of buildings, working closely with the in-house technical team in Aschaffenburg. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing and coordinating team assignments, managing duty rosters and inspection protocols, and providing administrative and operational support to the Technical Director. You will also handle procurement of spare parts and consumables, and coordinate maintenance schedules with external service providers. The position requires a technical background in building services or related fields, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
