Job Summary

The Estimator will be tasked with determining construction costs through independent calculations and price inquiries, coordinating input from internal and external specialists for partial calculations, and ultimately consolidating individual trade calculations into a final overall bid. A key part of the job is creating the contract calculation and identifying potential savings for the operational unit. This position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in site management and as an estimator, along with proficiency in calculation software like RIB iTWO. The successful candidate must demonstrate an independent, committed work ethic, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
