Job Summary

This full-time role involves joining the Engineering team at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of all technical systems within the exclusive 5-star hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and controlling technical facilities, resolving all technical issues across both guest-facing (Front of House) and operational (Back of House) areas, and promptly fulfilling technical requests from demanding guests. Key responsibilities include the repair and upkeep of guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring adherence to the stringent 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational trade qualification, solid technical expertise, and experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector, combined with excellent German and good English language skills.
