Job Summary

This role involves driving the functional design and continuous development of payment solutions, specifically focusing on the Sparkassen Card within Point of Sale (POS) and e-/m-commerce environments. As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will manage the entire lifecycle of POS applications, leading functional coordination, discussing new solutions with developers, and ensuring successful implementation. A key part of the job is managing cross-departmental and external stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment throughout all phases of product development, from annual planning to project execution. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (Business) Informatics, combined with several years of professional experience in the payment sector and card payment transactions. Success requires strong analytical skills, technical affinity, a proactive approach to change, and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented within project teams.
