Job Summary
As an IT Service Management Configuration Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and advancing the core ITSM processes, specifically focusing on Configuration Management within one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and steering the Configuration Management process, driving its evolution using the market-leading ServiceNow tool, and designing the comprehensive corporate data model for the Configuration Management System (CMS) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will also conduct internal audits, support examinations, and act as a key consultant for internal stakeholders and decision-makers. This role requires a strong background in IT Service Management, particularly in Asset and Configuration Management, coupled with ITIL or COBIT qualifications, offering excellent career prospects and the chance to shape the future of digital banking services.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or comparable qualification in IT Service Management, preferably in Asset and Configuration Management. Additional qualifications in ITIL or COBIT.
Experience
- At least six years of professional experience in a relevant field or comparable knowledge
- Experience in leading IT projects
- Profound experience in project work within IT Service Management
