Job Summary

This position calls for a Senior Application Developer specializing in the technical customizing and development of SAP HCM systems, particularly focusing on Payroll (PARISplus). As a key member of one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers, you will drive digitalization within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Daily tasks involve the technical support and holistic maintenance of the Personalsystem product, including leading the conception and development of complex software solutions using ABAP programming, Payroll Schemas and Rules, and technical customizing. A core responsibility is ensuring system and product quality throughout the development lifecycle and implementing interface architectures for system integration. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and at least six years of relevant professional experience, coupled with deep expert knowledge in the SAP HCM-Payroll development environment, including legal reporting, cluster processing, and SAP transport management.
