Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Team Leader in Electrical Engineering focused on executing complex technology solutions for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent, end-to-end execution of orders, including coordinating the electrical team directly on the construction site. Key daily tasks involve ensuring that all electrical work adheres strictly to project schedules, organizing and controlling material logistics (deliveries and consumption), and performing final inspections and acceptance of installations according to relevant industry norms and regulations (e.g., DIN/VDE). Required qualifications include completed professional training in Electrical Engineering (such as a Technician or Master Craftsman), strong knowledge of technical standards, and a willingness to travel. Professional experience, particularly in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), is highly desirable for success in this leadership position.
