Job Summary

This role involves driving technological advancement by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex technical requirements based on system specifications and customer demands, primarily within the fields of electrical engineering and automation technology. Key responsibilities include estimating effort and risk, creating deviation lists, particularly concerning device safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and ensuring the quality of requirements documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and possesses multi-year professional experience. Essential qualifications include familiarity with PLM software solutions like DOORS and Polarion, along with desired knowledge of ASPICE and AUTOSAR standards. Success in this position requires strong coordination skills, autonomy, and the ability to effectively collaborate within an international development team and present findings directly to clients. Fluent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory for internal and external communication.
