Job Summary

This role as an IT Support/Helpdesk Specialist involves providing crucial 1st and potentially 2nd Level IT support, both over the phone and in person. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, classifying and dispatching tickets, and handling user change requests. Depending on experience, the specialist may also perform adjustments to infrastructure systems such as firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus, and VPN solutions, while coordinating system operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a degree or comparable qualification in IT specialization (Fachinformatik) and possesses excellent knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems. Proficiency in ITIL, LAN/WAN concepts, and Microsoft 365/Teams is highly desirable.
