As an EMC System Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements and liaising with customers to clarify specifications. A core part of the role involves developing and optimizing electrical drive systems, including their components and interfaces, ensuring they meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the creation of system specifications and test criteria, and providing crucial support in analyzing EMC deviations, developing corrective measures, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in electric machines, power electronics, software, and mechanics. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, initial professional experience in technical project management, and strong analytical skills combined with process understanding. Excellent German and good English language skills are required for success in this demanding technical environment.
