Job Summary

This role involves working as a Test Engineer focused on cutting-edge power electronics systems for a leading technology client. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, execution, and documentation of rigorous tests on power electronic components and systems, such as inverters and DC/DC converters. A core part of the job is developing comprehensive test concepts and building test benches for both high-voltage and low-voltage applications. You will be instrumental in analyzing failure patterns, supporting root cause analysis, and conducting specialized tests, including EMC, environmental, and durability assessments. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses fundamental knowledge of power electronics and electrical measurement technology, and has experience with high-voltage systems, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors. Strong German and English skills are required, along with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
