Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist dedicated to connecting people and technology by ensuring seamless system operations for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the implementation, maintenance, and support of software and servers, as well as the installation and servicing of hardware. The specialist will provide technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. A critical part of the job involves continuous communication with higher support tiers, technical departments, and service providers, while diligently documenting and resolving system disruptions to maintain high system availability. Candidates should have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, ideally possessing initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support, coupled with good knowledge of Windows environments (Client/Server) and M365.
