Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting technology and people to deliver optimal IT solutions for clients. The IT Solution Manager is tasked with analyzing complex business requirements and developing tailored IT strategies and solutions. Key responsibilities include the planning, execution, and rigorous monitoring of IT projects, encompassing crucial time and resource management. You will coordinate IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also providing essential technical expertise and consultation to both internal and external stakeholders. A core focus is maintaining the quality and efficiency of implemented solutions through continuous optimization and proactive risk identification/mitigation. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess several years of IT project management experience, and demonstrate deep knowledge of IT infrastructures, networking, software development, and system integration. Fluency in German is required for this challenging and rewarding position.
