Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Chemical Process Engineer to drive innovation and optimization within chemical and energetic applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining processes and materials, managing components utilizing energetic materials to ensure safety and efficiency, and conducting root cause analysis to identify suitable substitutes for system improvement. The ideal candidate will conceptualize new energetic systems and resolve complex chemical engineering issues, establishing a professional focus in chemical and mechanical process engineering. Key requirements include a Master's degree (ideally PhD) in Chemistry or Chemical Process Engineering, and at least three years of professional experience in chemical R&D, preferably within a safety-critical environment like defense technology. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
