The successful candidate will manage products chemically from the initial concept phase through to series production, acting as a key technical expert. Day-to-day tasks include technology scouting in explosives processing, establishing expertise in mechanical process engineering, and designing and executing trials for commissioning manufacturing plants. Furthermore, the role involves project management support, focusing on obsolescence elimination, budget monitoring, and comprehensive documentation. Key requirements include a Master's degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, profound knowledge of mechanical process engineering, and experience analyzing and processing energetic and composite materials. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication in international teams and with clients.
