Job Summary

This Technical Lead role focuses on supporting internal HR customers by driving the continuous development of HR processes from an IT systems perspective. Day-to-day tasks involve conceptualizing interfaces for business processes that require personnel data, translating complex customer needs into technical requirements, and coordinating their implementation within the IT department. A core responsibility is evaluating and integrating suitable technical solutions into a forward-looking IT architecture, requiring close coordination with various internal stakeholders including Procurement, Data Protection, and Cyber Security. The role also encompasses significant project management duties, such as vendor selection, contract negotiation, testing, and defining support concepts. Candidates must possess a degree in IT, Digitalization, or Business Administration, coupled with professional experience in SAP and Non-SAP HR applications, and proven project management expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies. The position is critical for managing SAP HCM application support and driving the SAP HCM roadmap toward H4S4, ensuring system governance and minimal distribution of HR data.
