Job Summary

This role involves specialized international commissioning of surface technology plants, requiring extensive global travel (up to 80%). The specialist will be responsible for the independent programming of PLC systems, user interfaces, and drive components, ensuring they align with technical specifications and customer contracts directly at the client's site. Key responsibilities include adapting and developing control and visualization software using tools like S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC, configuring drive technology, and evaluating electrical installations. Candidates must possess a background in electrical or automation technology, ideally with further qualification as a state-certified technician. The position requires solid fundamental knowledge in automation and control systems, practical experience in plant commissioning, and the ability to conduct user training and create technical documentation.
