Job Summary

This permanent position in the chemical industry in Leuna seeks an Industrial Electrician specializing in energy systems to ensure the continuous operation of production facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing repairs, localizing faults, and executing essential service and maintenance tasks within the running production process. A critical component of the role involves proactive monitoring, including the early detection of impending malfunctions via the control room (Leitwarte), and maintaining constant communication with control room staff. Candidates must hold vocational training in an electrical engineering profession and possess initial experience in troubleshooting production plant malfunctions. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is highly desirable. This role requires reliability and offers attractive conditions within the chemical sector, though a personal vehicle is necessary for commuting to the site.
