Job Summary

This role is with a renowned multi-technology service provider specializing in facility management and technical solutions for buildings and infrastructure. The Electronics Technician will be crucial in maintaining the operational integrity and excellent condition of properties. Day-to-day tasks involve inspecting buildings and technical systems for damages and malfunctions, performing minor repairs, and assisting with scheduled maintenance, inspections, and walk-throughs. A key component of the role is coordinating external services and communicating effectively with tenants. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as a Systems Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning, or an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable qualification. Experience in Facility Management is beneficial, along with solid IT skills and excellent German language proficiency.
