Job Summary

This role is centered on the operational management and maintenance of complex technical building equipment within a renowned public institution in Cologne, supporting municipal theater operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a specific focus on measurement and control technology. Daily tasks include the critical analysis and resolution of system faults, meticulous documentation of maintenance activities, performing necessary installation work, and regulating various domestic technical systems. Furthermore, the technician will provide essential support during reconstruction and general maintenance projects. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in a relevant electrical or technical field (such as Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Mechatronics Technician), initial professional experience in measurement and control technology, a Class B driver's license, and the physical capability and willingness to perform work at heights.
