Job Summary

This role involves operating production facilities within pharmaceutical manufacturing for a leading global pharma and crop protection group (a DAX 40 company). The Production Specialist will be responsible for the operation of machinery, performing essential cleaning and preparation tasks, and troubleshooting minor technical faults and repairs to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities also include strictly adhering to defined instructions and checklists and maintaining accurate shift documentation. Candidates should ideally possess a completed vocational training, such as a Chemical Technician or Production Specialist in Chemistry, and demonstrate initial practical experience in a similar field. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to work in shift operations are required, alongside very good written and spoken German skills. This position offers excellent working conditions and attractive compensation based on the chemical collective bargaining agreement.
