Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chemical Laboratory Technician to join the wastewater management division of a public-sector association dedicated to sustainable water resource management in the Rhenish mining district. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting specialized chemical analysis on water samples, focusing on determining various aggregate parameters using advanced analytical instruments. Day-to-day tasks include performing photometric, gravimetric, and volumetric determinations, handling special analytics, and managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. You will also be involved in the division and preservation of water samples and quality control through monitoring testing equipment. This position requires a completed vocational training in chemistry or biology and proven experience in an analytical laboratory, ideally within water chemistry, combined with strong organizational skills and a quality-conscious, independent work ethic.
