The Assistant will be responsible for providing crucial administrative and coordination support to the team, managing user permissions, and maintaining master data accuracy. A key focus involves supporting the digital customer service solution, STAR, via email and video calls, and actively participating in digitalization projects by testing new features and optimizations. Candidates should possess a completed commercial apprenticeship in Digitalization Management or a related field, strong MS Office skills, and a pronounced affinity for IT and digital processes. The position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently and structured, offering a chance to shape the future of preventive fire protection through modern technologies.
