Job Summary
Join an innovative IoT company specializing in smart locker solutions for retail, IT, and production sectors. As the Customer IT Support and IoT Hardware Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing essential application support and troubleshooting for questions and challenges related to the smart locker systems. Your daily tasks will involve rigorous testing of new hardware and firmware releases, meticulous documentation of test results, and close collaboration with the internal development team to analyze and resolve technical bugs. Furthermore, you will guide customers through the integration and commissioning of the proprietary systems. This role requires a background in IT system integration and initial experience in application support, coupled with strong communication skills and analytical thinking. The position offers significant creative freedom, flexible working hours (including home office options), and the opportunity to work within an international team that maintains full control over its proprietary technology stack (JAVA, Cloud, NoSQL, IoT).
