Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing IT applications within the Campus Management area for the TU Hamburg data center, which provides essential IT services for research, teaching, and administration. The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the conception, planning, and continuous development of data exchange automation between distributed systems, including Campus Management (CM), eLearning, and ECIU platforms. Key day-to-day activities include providing first and second-line support for data exchange issues and administering the IT applications within the Campus Management domain, such as the TU Service Portal. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a MINT field, coupled with strong analytical skills, pronounced service orientation, and the ability to systematically analyze IT requirements to develop solution-oriented approaches.
