Job Summary

This is a newly created technical leadership role focusing on ensuring the stable and high-performance operation of the server-side IT infrastructure for one of the largest clinic groups in the region. The Team Leader will be responsible for the coordination and technical guidance of team members, with the potential for future disciplinary leadership. Key day-to-day activities include project management for server installations, administration, maintenance, and continuous development of the Server, Virtualization, and Active Directory (AD) infrastructure to maintain clinical IT operational readiness. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments, including GPOs and OU structures, and extensive experience with VMWARE ESX. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership skills and a conceptual, logical approach to problem-solving, offering the chance to actively shape processes and contribute to a modern, multi-tier Microsoft environment within the healthcare sector.
