Job Summary

This position requires an expert Product Owner to drive technology research and innovation within the Grid Technology team, focusing specifically on high-voltage components critical for the energy transition. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of an agile team, constantly managing, adapting, and prioritizing the team backlog in close collaboration with innovation and product management. A key element of the role involves translating the overall strategic backlog into actionable team tasks, aligning content and realization with the development team, and managing resources in an international, cross-collaborative setting. Candidates must bring a university degree in engineering or a related technical field, deep expertise in high-voltage components and product development, ideally with experience in research or prototyping. The role demands an agile mindset, proven capability in steering R&D collaborations, and strong skills in translating innovative technology concepts into feasible product ideas, making it a vital role in accelerating sustainable energy solutions.
