Job Summary

This role centers on driving the conception and implementation of a new Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model, ensuring the future authorization management is secure, streamlined, and transparent. The analyst will act as the central translator, analyzing requirements from various departments, leading workshops, and performing Role Mining and Role Engineering to define business roles and their scope. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing future IAM processes (e.g., Joiner-Mover-Leaver, recertification workflows) using models like BPMN 2.0. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background as a Business Analyst or IT Consultant, significant experience in IT Security or IAM, and the ability to create detailed technical specifications and manage stakeholder expectations between business units, IT Security, and technical implementation teams. This position requires strong analytical skills and fluent communication in German and good proficiency in English.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with an IT focus

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role
  • Experience in IT Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or complex IT projects
  • Experience accompanying an RBAC implementation
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis and process modeling
