Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing robust testing strategies for cable harness manufacturing processes, ensuring products reach series maturity. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing testing systems and procedures, creating detailed specifications (Lastenhefte) for the procurement and acceptance of new testing equipment, and collaborating closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely acquisition. The successful candidate will also support the establishment and ramp-up of production sites globally. Key qualifications include a technical education or degree in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics, combined with experience in test and measurement technology, programming, and familiarity with automation components like sensors and camera technology.
