Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Laboratory Technician or Bachelor of Science graduate to specialize in microbiological special studies and preservative efficacy testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing Blue Bath tests, conducting microbial Container Closure Integrity Tests, and performing optical evaluations for Media Fills. A significant part of the job involves conducting microbial count studies, such as preservative efficacy tests, growth and stability studies, and suitability tests, all according to Pharmacopoeia and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant technical training (BTA, PTA, MTA, CTA) or hold a Bachelor's degree in a natural science field (Biology, Food Technology, Biochemistry). Success in this position requires meticulous, quality-conscious, and precise working methods, along with a collaborative spirit for engaging in diverse and challenging laboratory tasks.
