Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Public Management, Public and Nonprofit-Management, Public Administration, Law, Cultural Management, Cultural Studies, Art History, or Cultural Work; OR completion of Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in managing business processes and administrative tasks within a department or institution
  • Experience in financial oversight and management, including cost analysis and funding acquisition
  • Experience in advising on legal matters, particularly related to data protection and copyright
  • Experience in public relations and organizational support for cultural projects
  • Experience in personnel leadership and team guidance
