Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Architect with a passion for driving the entire architectural development process, from initial concept clarity through all planning phases to construction implementation. You will be responsible for coordinating and structurally developing a Revit (sub-)model, working closely with Project Management and BIM Management. Key responsibilities include developing architectural and constructive solutions for the model in collaboration with internal teams, external specialist planners, and experts. The position requires strong architectural sensitivity combined with technical and constructive understanding, ensuring the secure application of the BIM method throughout the tender and execution planning stages. Success requires a proactive work style, high intercultural competence, and the ability to independently structure and manage tasks within a creative and dynamic project environment.
