Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Administrator to join a growing, owner-managed IT system house in Hannover, specializing in providing comprehensive IT services, particularly for dental and medical practices, but also serving various other industries. The core responsibilities include delivering IT service management across network technology, Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, hardware, data backup, and IT security. Day-to-day tasks involve remote and on-site customer support, installation and configuration of Windows systems, troubleshooting complex Windows environment issues, and full IT setup for clients (including servers, firewalls, and network segmentation). The ideal candidate must possess a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience, specifically 5 years of professional experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, networking, virtualization (Hyper-V, ESXi), and basic Cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office 365). The position requires excellent organizational skills, stress resilience, and the ability to independently manage external customer appointments.
