Job Summary

This role is centered on shaping the digital transformation of manufacturing process support within semiconductor production for Siemens Healthineers, focusing on digital process management solutions. The Process Engineer will act as a Key User for monitoring and data analysis, providing essential support to technologists regarding Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Data Warehouse (DHR). Core responsibilities include coordinating detailed reporting (Cockpit Charts, KPIs), analyzing complex data sources, interpreting results, and deriving actionable measures to improve product and process quality. The position requires cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with teams responsible for Detectors & Crystals, and co-managing cross-process fault elimination (e.g., CAPA, NCM Handling) in serial production. Candidates must hold a relevant degree (e.g., Data Science or Engineering) and possess several years of experience in data analysis and process development, alongside strong IT and visualization tool skills. This position offers high flexibility, allowing up to 60% mobile work within Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Data Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC), data analysis, and process development
  • Experience in handling visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik)
  • Programming experience (e.g., VB)
  • Ideal: Experience with SAP P41
  • Advantageous: Initial experience in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., growth, structuring)
