This role involves taking responsibility for the seamless integration and operational availability of local IT infrastructure systems within the Berlin ICE plant, focusing on both strategic development and operational stability. The specialist will lead IT integration and acceptance testing in new infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with security standards, especially concerning machine-related IT/OT components. Key daily activities include gathering stakeholder requirements, developing operational and testing concepts, enforcing national and corporate IT security standards, and acting as a primary contact for technical issues. The ideal candidate drives the continuous development and optimization of the IT infrastructure to further the digitalization of the plant, coordinating projects with cross-departmental stakeholders and service providers.
