Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chemical Technician or Laboratory Assistant to join a company in Witten on a fixed-term contract. The core responsibilities involve executing various analytical procedures, including titrations, physicochemical and electrochemical measurements, chromatography, and water analysis. You will also be responsible for essential general laboratory duties such as managing sample and chemical waste disposal, coordinating sample shipments, procuring necessary consumables and chemicals, and maintaining spare parts inventory. A key aspect of the role is contributing to the practical and theoretical instruction of trainees and interns. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in chemical technology or laboratory assistance, coupled with at least three years of professional experience, specific knowledge of analytical chemistry, and familiarity with SAP and standard Office applications. This position requires high flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work in a continuous shift system.
