Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a skilled Commissioning Technician to handle the global setup and testing of complex, microprocessor-controlled systems, including vacuum, metrology, and plasma devices. Your core responsibilities will involve executing commissioning, functional, and final acceptance tests both in-house and at customer sites worldwide. You will be responsible for coordinating installation and testing procedures directly with clients, ensuring efficient implementation, and meticulously completing all necessary technical and acceptance documentation. Furthermore, you will train and instruct customer personnel on system usage. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses fundamental knowledge of electrical and control technology, and is proficient with PLC and process control systems. This role requires significant international travel, with annual deployments totaling approximately 6 to 12 weeks, making good English skills essential for successful global client interaction.
