Job Summary

This role is an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician in Berlin, supporting a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of IT infrastructure, including the installation and integration of operating systems, software, and applications. Day-to-day tasks involve the maintenance and servicing of diverse hardware components such as servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers from various manufacturers. Key responsibilities also include system optimization, detailed error analysis, performing regular data backups, and assisting with system upgrades and tests. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification or comparable practical experience, fundamental knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, and safe driving skills (Class B license).
