Job Summary

Join a profitable, independent family company specializing in building and maintaining fiber optic networks in Baden-Württemberg. This full-time role, based in Freiburg, involves the complete lifecycle of fiber optic installations for residential customers. Day-to-day tasks include mounting and installing fiber optic lines (NE3/NE4), preparing and executing house connections (indoor and outdoor), splicing and measuring fibers, and commissioning and testing connections directly at the customer's location. A key responsibility is on-site troubleshooting, including fault finding, component replacement, and ensuring service restoration, all while maintaining meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in fiber optic splicing and measurement, a background in technical service, construction, or electrical work, and solid German language skills, coupled with a Class B driving license.
