Job Summary

This role is for a hands-on Onsite IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, serving as the primary problem-solver for hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, providing both remote and onsite support for Windows systems, performing troubleshooting, and handling system maintenance. A key function is managing and documenting user requests and processes within a ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification, professional experience in client setup and software installation, and familiarity with current MS Windows operating systems and Office suites. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by an established IT specialist, emphasizing trust and personal responsibility within a flat hierarchy.
