This role involves acting as the primary point of contact (First Level Support) for business customers experiencing IT disruptions in Dortmund or Bochum. The specialist will independently handle incoming technical inquiries, taking professional ownership of phone calls and incident reports. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing the existing IT infrastructure and identifying potential areas for optimization and realization. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or degree in (Business) Informatics, combined with practical experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment. Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and applications like Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and O365 is essential.
