Job Summary

This role involves acting as a crucial IT Onsite Technician in Holzkirchen, focusing on resolving technical challenges and ensuring systems are operational for a successful IT service provider across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of end devices and software for client workstations, analyzing and resolving user IT problems, and meticulously documenting solutions within the ticketing system. The technician will also be responsible for executing software rollouts and setting up new workstations.
