Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of the organization's IT infrastructure as a key member of the IT team. Daily duties include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing client hardware installation and configuration, and maintaining critical systems like the Document Management System (DMS). A core focus is on implementing digitalization projects, coordinating external service providers, and actively developing the IT emergency and security concepts. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Server/Client environments, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization using VMware, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to driving new projects and creating comprehensive user documentation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Experience in developing and implementing digitalization projects
- Experience coordinating and managing external service providers
- Experience in handling IT disruptions and service requests
