Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Platform Engineer focused on building and operating a stable, scalable, and automated Internal Developer Platform (IDP), primarily utilizing the Backstage Developer Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining plugins, integrations, and automation within the portal to streamline access to CI/CD, cloud, and monitoring services. Key tasks include defining and automating core engineering processes, creating 'Golden Paths' with reusable templates for microservices and APIs, and ensuring security and compliance through automated solutions. The position requires strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, extensive software development experience, and deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
