Job Summary

This crucial role involves supporting site management in the planning, steering, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, which include structural engineering works such as bridges, tunnels, railway stations, flood protection systems, and utility infrastructure like water and sewage facilities. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating daily workflows, ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety regulations across the site, and managing comprehensive site reporting. A significant component of the role is the supervision, leadership, and motivation of commercial employees and subcontractors. Successful candidates must possess a certified Foreman or Master Craftsman qualification, or demonstrate several years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor in structural or bridge engineering. This position requires strong leadership competence, team spirit, and specialized knowledge in construction safety protocols to ensure the successful and safe delivery of high-quality infrastructure works.
