Job Summary

This internship offers motivated Electronics Engineering students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Infineon's largest Analog-Mixed-Signal (AMS) verification laboratory. Interns will work with cutting-edge measurement equipment, perform board assembly and soldering, debug electronic circuits, and analyze big data related to various semiconductor integrated circuits including ADCs, DACs, and power management systems. The role involves contributing to the verification of diverse devices, understanding parasitic influences, and automating lab test setups. This is an excellent chance to apply theoretical knowledge, develop practical skills in a dynamic international team, and prepare measurement results for high-quality documentation, potentially leading to future employment within Infineon.

Student in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or similar field

Experience

  • Practical experience in semiconductor integrated circuits
  • Experience with latest measurement equipment in AMS area
  • Experience in board assembly, rework, and soldering
  • Experience in debugging and root cause analysis
  • Experience with big data handling and data post-processing
  • Experience in automation of lab test setups
  • Experience in preparation and presentation of measurement results
