Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional or motivated career changer looking to start or advance their career in IT support. As a 1st Level Support Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users, responsible for receiving and logging technical disruptions and service requests using a dedicated ticket system. Daily tasks involve classifying issues, performing initial analysis, documenting actions taken, and communicating effectively with users throughout the resolution process. When issues cannot be resolved immediately, you will coordinate the handover and escalation to subsequent support units. Key requirements include a technical IT background, strong PC knowledge (both software and hardware), proficiency in the Windows environment, and a customer-oriented approach combined with excellent communication skills, making this a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency.

Education
Completed technical training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or relevant professional background for career changers
Experience
- Initial professional experience in support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience working with various IT systems is desirable
